You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Structora is sold directly. Fees, scope, term, renewal, and cancellation are set out in the written order form or agreement we sign with you; we do not publish prices or sell subscriptions through this website. Where recurring fees apply, invoicing and payment are handled through our billing provider, and subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled unless your agreement says otherwise.
You retain ownership of the project files, instructions, data, and other content you upload or provide. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content so we can provide the Services.
Structora can generate feasibility studies, BIM concepts, cost and programme materials, compliance packs, and other deliverables. Outputs are drafts and decision-support material. You are responsible for professional review, validation, and approval before relying on any output for legal, engineering, architectural, construction, financial, or regulatory decisions.
You may not misuse the Services, attempt to bypass security, upload unlawful or infringing content, scrape or reverse engineer the platform except as permitted by law, or use Structora to create unsafe, fraudulent, or illegal outputs.
The Services may integrate with providers such as Google, Stripe, Railway, Resend, PostHog, cloud storage, and other infrastructure or workflow tools. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay required fees, or use the Services in a way that may harm Structora, other users, or third parties.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that outputs will be error-free, complete, or suitable for every project, jurisdiction, or professional use case.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Structora and Àjamais AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, business, or goodwill.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
