How a Hong Kong developer reached a confident go or no-go on an unfamiliar market in days rather than months, using Structora to feasibility-test, visualize, and de-risk a major Indonesian project before committing a dollar of capital.

RGB HK is a Hong Kong-based developer and investor. For their first major project in Indonesia, the question was not how to build, it was whether to commit capital at all, and how to run a development in a market whose codes, permitting, and climate they did not yet know intimately, with a team split across Hong Kong and Indonesia and consultants in between.
The representative Project Banyan, a roughly 180-key resort hotel with about 90 branded residences and a beach club and retail on a roughly 6.5 hectare coastal site, about 48,000 square metres, with a total development cost of around US$190m, put three problems in front of RGB HK at once.
RGB HK used Structora's feasibility study, the deliverable built to help a firm say a confident yes or no to a project, to reach a board-ready recommendation in five days instead of two months of scoping. The board approved GO on the strength of it.
The team selected the site and described in plain language what they wanted to build. Structora generated a BIM massing in about twenty minutes, a real visualization that let RGB HK check the scheme made sense and put an investment-committee-ready image on the table the same day.
Because Structora produces every deliverable with compliance in mind, the Stage 0 to 2 pack came out already checked against Indonesian regulations, PBG permitting, SNI seismic, and environmental screening, so a Hong Kong team entering a new market was not flying blind.
With one live project, an update from a consultant in Indonesia was instantly visible to the HQ in Hong Kong. Decisions that used to take one or two weeks of back-and-forth across timezones now closed the same day. Quick information transfer was the difference between a project that stalled in email and one that moved.
Every consultant document and deliverable was stored in one place and fed into the platform memory, so each new document Structora generated was written with the full context of everything the project had already produced. Every deliverable carried a sign-off field, so approvals were captured in place rather than chased across inboxes.
We were entering a market we did not know. Structora let us reach a confident go or no-go in days, with a model we could put in front of our investment committee and a compliance read we could trust.Development Director, RGB HK (representative)

Structora is an AI platform for real estate development. It centralizes the data scattered across a project and turns it into deliverables, over 30 types, from go or no-go feasibility studies to BIM models generated from plain language, so firms can decide faster, standardize how they work, and keep one source of truth from first feasibility to handover.
